Agile Research & Insight

Research does not need to be expensive, drawn out, dry, reactive or sterile. Great research should be lean, continuous, iterative, engaging, realtime, and (dare we say) fun. We use next-gen methodologies to reimagine the entire research experience. And after fieldwork, we don’t produce traditional “reports.” We create “insight content” designed to stick, share and save.

Brand Conviction

The virtuous quest for “brand purpose” has lost its way. Too many brands have forced it or co-opted it, often in the name of manufactured, indulgent altruism. Our “inside-out” Brand Conviction process challenges brands to find and fight for the value they are creating for people. Through the lens of the “Four C’s” (Culture, Consumer, Category, Company), we help brands activate a more fresh, grounded vision for how to behave.

Radical Alignment

A brand is only as powerful as the people that define and nurture it. Too often, teams get sucked into the inertia and bureaucracy that leads to watered down ideas or worse, crippling swirl. As a strategic partner, it is not enough to get heads nodding, boxes checked or fleeting agreement on an insight or idea. Disruptive ideas require “Radical Alignment” at every step of the process to create a shared ownership that has teams ready to run through walls.
